Bandits and Tigers at it again at 3 this afternoon

Alt

After the 42-all draw that had a bit of everything on Saturday night the Olympus Marquees Berwick Bandits (Powered by Mike Hope, Wooler) go north west to visit the Glasgow "Allied Vehicles Tigers" (at 3.00pm) in the return of the feisty, and wet, SGB Championship match at Shielfield Park.

Thankfully the weather forecast for Clydeside is good with no expected issues with the soggy stuff from the sky, with the Bandits determined to show they are capable of holding the Tigers on their own shale after a spirited Saturday night.

Nick Morris is at number one, which could be a massive plus for Berwick on one of his former tracks (he was a Tiger in 2010, 2011 and 2015) and with his form rocketing every match he should be the Bandits' keystone this afternoon.

Alfie Bowtell has no home match at Newcastle this rare Sunday and will once again take the reserve spot of the injured Lee Payne while the rest of the Bandits are as expected.
